How it works

How Files To SD Card Works

Files To SD Card helps you easily move or copy files from your phone's internal storage to an SD card or USB OTG storage.

The application works slightly differently depending on your Android version.

For newer Android versions (Android 11 and newer):
First you need to allow access to all files on your device. After granting permission, you can simply choose whether you want to move or copy files from your device to the SD card or to a USB OTG drive (if your device supports it).

For older Android versions (before Android 11):
After granting permission, you will need to select the root directory on the SD card or USB drive where the files will be copied or moved.

The operation type (move or copy) can be selected in the top bar using the first icon.

The process is simple:
1. Select the files or folders you want to move or copy
2. Choose the operation type (move or copy)
3. Press the large button to start the process

Supported storage locations:

- SD card
- USB OTG storage
- Internal storage
